Nearly Accurate TrueTransparency Skin Rate Topic: -----

Nearly finished, built a TrueTransparency skin around Vladimir's Leopard XP VS, also used Kinsemon's original for the glyphs and rollup button. (which doesn't work, obviously) I've included a screeny of it running with Firefox, I think it looks sweeeeet. For the final release I'm planning on making the left and right borders nonexistent and rounding off the bottom.
