How do you add programs such as Itunes and Microsoft Word onto the dock? I tried editing the item list but that didnt work... Also how do you change the icons for the programs? I added an icon to the icons folder, but it didnt show up when i went to change it.

You just drag them into the dock. Before rightcloick on the dock and see if "Locked" is unchecked.
Change the icons by rightclicking on the program in the dock and clicking "Dock item properties" and them cotum icon.
