yeh so how do i get custom min, max, close buttons and bar

I know that you can remove the menu bar with the add personal menu, dont know about custom min, max and close buttons...

Min, max, and close buttons are with the skin ... o_O

And yeah, Sorrento is right, you use either Personal Menu or Compact Menu (my personal favorite) to get rid of the menu bar.
