No way.
Are you effing serious? You're really such a lazy-ass you need US to tell you to bloody drag it up to the top?!
You must need step by step instructions to be so inept:
1)Grab your mouse. The one connected to your computer, probably made out of plastic. Right, hold it so that your fingers are able to easily press the two buttons. Thanks, well done.
2)Make sure your PC is turned on, and you're logged in. You might want to be supervised by an adult here.
3)Move the mouse, and get to grips with the way the small cursor on your screen moves in tandem with your mouse.
4)Take the cursor down to your taskbar.
5)Press the right hand button (The one furthest away from you) down, and release. Don't push too hard.
6)Go to 'Lock the taskbar' in the new thing that has appeared on the screen. This may tax your short term memory, but it'll be worth it.
7)Now, go back to the taskbar, and use the button nearest to you to push down and
hold, while you move your cursor up.
8)When you see the taskbar in your desired position, let go of the mouse.
9)Press the power button on your computer to shut it down.
10)Never ever touch it again, unless in direct supervision of an adult.
If you have any issues, ask, and I'll be happy to resolve them for you.
EDIT: Aww, monkey >
