First of all... relax.. the world hasn't ended.
You've installed iTunes Multi-plugin that came with Flyakite installer. It's not flyakite's fault. The plugin hasn't been updated for ages and now mostly considered dead. It is not compatible with current iTunes versions, hence strongly advised not to use.
Remove any files named mplugin.dll from your computer. Possible locations for this files are as following.
C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataApple ComputeriTunesiTunes Plug-ins
C:Program FilesiTunesPlugins
But do search for mplugin.dll, and delete if found. If the iTunes doesn't work even after that. Re-install iTunes.
That should solve your problem. If not, reply again. Also note, when asking for help make sure you give proper details. What iTunes version you are using, what operating system etc.
In your original post you're not mentioning anything, making anyone who wants to help more confused about your problem.

I recently updated iTunes to 7.7 (win), forgot about MultiPlugin, and now won't start up [error - can't find library in mplayer.dll]. I tried uninstalling MP, reinstalling iTunes to no avail [error - can't find mplugin.dll]. Even tried deleting MPlugin.dll, also didn't work.
Any further suggestions?
Thanks
