You have to
a) make the background non-transparent
B) make more space beetwen the letters

My bad... first time when I tried it gave me error. So I thought it might not be reading PNGs.
Anyway, looks like some variation of Helvetica Textbook family with character space reduced offcourse.

The small "a" is not right for any of the Helvetica's try looking at the different Futura's.

The small "a" is indeed not from Helvetica regular family, except Helvetica Textbook set... as I've mentioned.
