Avescripter.aveinst won't run Rate Topic: -----

i've read time and time again that if I double click on anything with a .aveinst extension it will run....BUT, i keep getting the whole "Windows doesn't know what the hell it's doing and so it's going to search the web for an application to run this"

anyways....how do i get it to run?

EDIT: I also did run the "register.bat" which apparently did not work....

If it doesn't run, it's because windows hasn't associated it with Avedesk. You could "Select the program from a list" and in that, point it to the Avedesk executable. Or you could open the Avedesk control panel and drag-drop the aveinst onto that.
