it looks like an ad for bagthatpic free image hosting? Reupload your image.. and use some more decent host like www.picoodle.com ;)

Try extending it vertically and horizontally, that can sometimes happen when skins are too small.

I've used this skin before, I think you can try the long version, the small one looked like this for me to

wo to extend the skin i can't do it by dragging with the mouse
