Row colors not alternating in Customizing section Rate Topic: -----

I noticed one of the forums was moved out of the Customizing category, now the rows are blue-white-white-blue instead of alternating. I guess it never got updated or something. ;)

considering we're on the topic of board quirks, maybe its deliberate, but we newsposters cant see our staff forum on the board...

the direct link works, but its not viewable on the front forum page
