Hey Guys!
I just contacted Lars Wiegman, maker of the amazing QuicksilveR skin (IMHO of course...you can see a preview at
www.macmotiva.com) Anyway, I asked him for permission to port that skin to Windows and he allowed me to. The problem is, he doesn't have any of the images anymore and he told me to "extract them". Now I am a ****ie to skinning and I haven't the slightest clue how to get the images from the theme if I don't have a Macintosh...could anyone who is more experienced than I am let me know what I could do to get these pictures so I can start working on the skin???
Any help would be greatley appreciated
Mark

Hi,
One maybe able to get by just using StuffIt Expander to extract the files and grabbing any image data.
If the stuff is hidden in a resource fork though, it get much harder on the PC.
If that turns out to be the case, you may want to find someone with a Mac and ask them to run the Mac's version of ResEdit on the file to extract the images.
I hope this helps,
Grusic

MDZ61384:
I'll extract the pictures for you.
Do you think you could send me the file? Or another link with the file? I can't access the macmotiva.com website. It can't be found.
