This is just a small application I made to emulate the OS X volume bezel. Basically, when you change the main system volume, it pops up with the volume level and then after a second of inactivity fades away. You can also left-click its system tray icon and a OS X volume control will pop up (you can drag it around to wherever you want; the next time it loads it will be in the last place you put it) and a double click hides the control. Adds 2 new windows hotkeys: Win+ and Win- that raise/lower the volume by one "notch" ;). I know the app isn't perfect but my friend with a mac made the graphics and also tested the app out, said it was pretty close.

Beware... it's just a beta and it's a little on the buggy side.

Well, I can't promise anything but I can try to get the mem usage down. I probably can't get it under 5mb, but I haven't optimized anything really -- so I'll see :).

Heya sone :D

Does anyone else have an issue getting the volume slider to disappear after your done with it?

Mine just sits there...forever.

The bezel fades just fine, but that damn slider is annoying me.

I have to say, tho, this is one helpfull and well done app.

Cheers

As the readme says, double-click the slider control window.

Hope it can be made to close when you click anywhere else. I like it pogz. Great job.

Thank you.

Panther, anyone?

You'll notice the gel button is less choopy and that I added a shadow to the slider dialog for more realism.

Awsome! I was wondering if someone was ever going to do this! so now I have to beg that you incorperate the cd eject box (looks similar to the volume control) into this great little app!

Great job!
