Genie Effect Help

When I tried to install the Genie Effect on RK Launcher this happened...

Your Video Card has to support DirectX 9 in hardware. There really is no other opton than to upgrade the Video Card.

Make sure that you put the genie effect in the folder while rk launcher was not running or you get that error message, it took me a month to figure that out

hey does anyone know how to fix this error--when i minimize using the genie effect, i get an error message saying: Error Creating Direct 3D service.


how do i fix it?
my laptops like brand new and it has upd8d graphics cards etc, so i know its probably not a hardware issue.
