I just finished customizing windows to look like OSX. But something's wrong?! I dont have a clue what this is from, but I know it's there since I've got Y'z Shadow on, and it's obvious that somethings there!

It doesnt respond to clicking or anything at all really, and obviously when im running something it's there in the dock at the bottom, but that doesnt show anything either...so what is it?! Anyone experienced this before?

Disable then enable Y'z Shadow, if the problem persists it's probably because of an application that's not responding, find out what that is and kill it.

You might want to search next time as this question has been answered a sh^tload of times...
