I can't download the IE only.

The download up above has the reg file for Internet Explorer (stylerbaronlyIE.reg) and the reg file for the Explore window (when you type explore in the run dialogue)(stylertoolbaronlyFileExplorer.reg).

I don't know what you mean. If you mean to bring all the other bars back then just right-click on the styler toolbar and choose one of the options like Standard buttons and it will go back to normal

these three tweaks do NOT work with my xp sp2. the annoying looooooong menubar's still there!

If you want to get rid of the menu you have to install styler and run it. No way around.
The reg file just gives you the toolbar, but not the "no menus".

but i forgot to back up my registry.

It is not only the toolbar, it also has other settings, such as:

- Hide Menubar(IE)
- Hide Menubar(Explorer)

Also take a look at this other toolbar by KSoft:

I've been told it is easy to port skins from Styler to this one.
