Hi everyone,
nothing too original here - just changed the images in the orignal picture viewer release by PCM (images by KoL) to an Aero style with milk drop buttons. Simple but fits my theme and DT really well. Hope somebody else finds it useable.

Download here: http://avedesk.philc.ca/

Extract all files (keeping the directory structure in tact) to:
{drive}:{AveDesk Location}DeskletsAvescripterPicture Viewer (Milky Aero)
and then choose Add New Desklet from the Avedesk control panel. You'll find this skin under the Avescripter node.

Once loaded, flip the desklet over (flip arrow is in bottom right hand corner - mouse over) and set your directory of images and the delay timer (if you want to change it).

That's it!
Critiques/suggestions welcome.

Nice.

The buttons have a little too much glare though. White's so darn hard to get though.

Yeah, I've fiddled with that several times already and you're right, it's hard to get right. I trawled the 'net for Milk styles/tutes but came up blank. If anyone has a foolproof technique, let me know - that would be great.
:)
Cheers

To use this skin do you have to overwrite the contents the existing png bitmaps in the picture viewer folder under avescripter ?

There are directions in the first post, right under the preview.
