Can't get AveScripter to work Rate Topic:

How exactley am I supposed to get it installed? I have the latest version of it, as well as AveDesk and everytime I try to do anything to get it installed it just freezes and crashes.

Can you tell me when exactly it crashs? On installation or when you select a desklet?

I open AveDesk, and select the install module option...I think thats what i'm supposed to do? I select the AceScripter dll file and thats when it freezes and eventually crashes.

Hmm, why don't you double-click the .aveinst file that you downloaded?

The only one I see is the one in the SDK folder and nothing happens when I try to run it.

You shouldn't click on the avescripter dll itself, you should only be clicking the "skins" under that list. Can you show me a pic/screen shot of what you see?

You should see 3 things if you only download the beta version. You should download the "offical" version first, then the beta. That will give you more stuff.

I haven't made the beta official since I'm still "Debugging" it.
