Custom User Titles

I was just wondering if there's a possible way to get the custom user titles back into the posting template. I would like to see it back, I don't know about anyone else.

I'll enable them if you guys let me shrink avatar sizes down. Or did you guys want me to remove the post numbers (notice NO ONE has *****ed about that since the upgrade).
