the order of the layers

how do i make my "get album.cover" from advancemedia.plugin lie behing png. with cd box? obviously those blue and green arrows dont work.. i dont know what to do.. tried with different configs, different plugins and pngs. and nothing changed..
anyone have any idea?

- New meter: Add Text
- Drawtype: Image
This kind of meter can lay on top of other meters and can overlay the Album cover meter.
