Incomplete MSGINA.DLL skinning Rate Topic: -----

If you don't use fast user switching and the welcome page, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL won't launch the task manager but a login box instead.

This box shows partial Luna borders.

Just so everyone knows, there is an easy fix. Download TweakUI. In TweakUI, go to Logon -> Settings and check all items, then click "Copy Now." And there you go.
