I'm not bringing this up for annoyance or to be *****y, but it doesn't mention anything about permission, and, whilst it's not identical to Bister, it clearly uses most of it's elements, not even much of it is redrawn. Just wondered if it has permission or whether anyone's bothered. Sorry to the author if it's an authorised port to WB.

That would be a shame, if so. JosephsArt does some pretty good, original work for Windowblinds.

He could have made those elements himself, ive seen his work and i have to say he is a decent skinner. Things like the bevel, I dont recall seeing one fo the msstyle. For all we know he could have susumu's permission but forgot to post it.
But I do have to agree, I do see some elements of the theme that have to be taken from bister.

While i accept the fact the he might have been inspired by Bister, the name coupled with the striking similarities is too much not to give susumu any credit.

It seem like Bister.. Cause the name Blister, cause the color ''black'' with blue button.. Yes certainly inspired by.. But for me, its just another Vista or longhorn black style, with aproximatively same glyphs.. The task is more like some Vista theme, i dont call that a rip

I installed both themes this morning and looked at them side by side. once you do you don't see as many similarities:
- The start menu's are completely different
- the tabs are different
- the start button is different
- the max/min/close buttons are different (Blister is more like 5imple, Bister is like Vista)
- Bister doesn't come with a shellstyle
- Blister uses Segoe UI as the font, Bister uses Lucida/Tahoma
- They both have different lighting effects through the middle of the window
- Buttons are different

The only similarities are they both are dark skins and both use recessed blue buttons (which both look inspired by the Aero-soft logo). I think the naming similarities are an admission of the inspiration, but they are sufficiently different enough that you can't call it a rip.

That looks like an earlier ss, thats bisters taskbar if im not mistaken.
Just the general way he responded to the posts shows hes full of shat. I have 0 respect for authors like this. Even if they have made good ORIGIONAL stuff in the past.

That's actually a Royale Vista taskbar in the screenshot if that's what u meant. Btw, please read the following rule!

That wasnt flaming, trust me if it was that post would be riddled with swears and personal insults.

And he's calling the theme Blister so that isnt Royal Vista.

He say in the title ss.. ''in the mood for Blister'' But it's a ss, not a release post
This is just the first inspiration.. But hey sorry, for me he have no great style, no great originality in all last Vista like, or longhorn (first) look.. In fact..always near the same glyphs, presented in square or not.. Many time presented in dark look (black) with some color for the taskbar button start panel...Green, white, orange, blue... And so finally (and for me a little most originaity is here) translucent mod.
Blister here, is an hybrid of all.. just the name is a little inspirated by...
But lol, many people used and mod other name..
At the base.. Blister, and Bister are 2 different word, with 2 different definition
Also here it's definitively a mod or derived of Royale Vista 1.1 by dobee.. And i dont see in the description of dobee , some credit to Susumu ;)
