[Release] Dashboard Mail Rate Topic: -----

After I upgraded to version 3.1 of the Windows Widget Engine, Dashboard Mail stopped loading with the following message:

Unable to load 'Dashboard mail'. It's main XML file was either not found or not readable.

Sorry guys Ive been offline and will be for awhile when I get back I will install the new version and see whats up.
