Edit: Just updated display for nine headlines to be more visible.

To fix: Maybe it's just me but, the slider button seems to be too transparent? Will fix this tomorrow.

Just a simple glass version of the RSS desklet. One or two things to do but, thought I'd get feedback on which way to go.

Either to shrink the popup window or to expand the number of headlines to view? Your call guys?

Just updated with some minor fixes. New style scrollbar. Better alignment,etc.

For some reason can't get the preview to switch. Anyway if you want a peak check out the deviantart link.

Yeah the file's there under cg105.png but, everytime I update it reverts to older preview. Is there a dimension limitation or something?

I've updated the screen shot.. seems like a possible bug with the default PHP..
(No big surprised, I've spent more time on PHP fixs on this download module then I wanted too)

This looks great. Would you consider an all glass version with editable text color. I like the all glass look and being able to edit the text color to see it on different backgrounds. Maybe even a completely trasparent one that shows buttons on roll-over to looke like its right on the desktop.

Just some thoughts.

Thanks. Great idea. The text color is editibale in the xml file.

As for complete transparency when I make the complete glass style you should be able to just adjust the alpha transparency level also within the xml file.

I'll add a readme...maybe.

You can just set the Alpha levels to all controls to a parameter. Alpha="%SETALPHA%"

Doing this will make it read and set the alpha oncreate of the skin. (In the future I'll try to have some sort of live updating)
