This is the standard, Brushed, background which is included in Y'z Dock,

I use RKlauncher, i asked for yz dock cause i know rklauncher is new but supports yz dock , but i will look for yz dock and try to install that skin

Most docks allow you to alter the transparency of the background via a config setting. so you don't need to find an already transparent one
