Aqua-Softs IRC room is finally open.

Thanks to Frogboy (
www.stardock.com) for setting us up. Feel free to idle in there and whatever you guys do in an irc room. Same rules on the forum apply there, also check out these rules that neowin has for their irc channel, basically same rules apply in our channel.

Anyway see you guys there, have fun whatever, this is meant to replace the shoutbox. It was broke in the upgrade to vb3.0.8 and will most likely not return to the forums.

How do I use it? when I click on it, it says "irc is not a registered protocol"

You need an IRC client.
Several are available, depending on the platform you are running.
I happen to use
XChat.

What are some good IRC clients for osx?
I'm on a PC by force. Luckily it had a irc client on it already. i'm getting used to IE and big blue close, max, min buttons.

i use it both on
bersirc and Opera 8.02. D
cant find enough aqua-softers there.
@churchpunk , join by
entering server name : irc.stardock.com
and type in
"/join #aquasoft" (without quotes )
