Get latest samurize and just click the .sam file to import into samurize,
then to load right click the taskbar and choose samurize from the toolbar list.

Is the Finderbar active or does it just display Finder, like your VS?

Indeed. Be it merely a picture...not interested (what's the use?), but be it findermenu...mmm :P

It's not a real finder bar menu system. It's all shortcuts. It's using the MenuMaker plugin to make menus using a single config, but it's not dynamically updated or anything.

Very nice if you want the look with some functionality without buying anything. :)
