problem with explorer

hi

when i start my pc, rk launcher works perfect, but after some time i cant maximizie explorer windows anymore. minimizing to the bar works, but when i click the icon the explorer window doenst come back..
it doenst help to restart rk or explorer.exe

so, why is this??

im using the original explorer.exe from xp sp2 and had the problem with beta3 and 4 :-/
please help me because i really like the bar!
