[help/request] shortcuts....how to?

1. make the office 2000 "open office document" shortcut work when placed in the dock ? RK launcher cannot make the dialog open (I guess because the strange format micro$oft made it...)
2. add a new shortcut without having to right-click the seperator (I wanna get rid of the seperator but than I have no access to settings dialog) ?
3. Tryed to add Y'z clock docklet but it has no date as a label and RK will not let me see the sysstats docklet in the available docklets list. Any ideas ?
I wanna us RK, it's better than others....just help me get it working...

btw is there a tutorial or something about creating a theme?
