umm if ur referring to finderexplorer then ur mistaken, its not a 3rd part app.
its a combination of y'z toolbar and a background image

finderexplorer and styler are the only ways to get it to look like a mac

furthermore many guikits and vs include finderexplorer bmps and y'z toolbar theme to complement them
mostly susumus themes and a few others like chlorine :D - http://www.deviantar.../view/14997577/

THAT SCREWED UP MY PC BIG TIME LOL- i did what the tutorial said and what happened was horrible....i had lost all of my buttons and i was ledt with a flurry of buttons scattered across my explorer windows....and to top it off as soon as i used replacer my norton antivirus went balistic and caused everything to go to a grinding halt...maybe a new tutorial has to be produced for the people who don't know what they are doing- ie (in this case) me!

u gotta stop double posting

run the reg file ive attached to get rid of the file edit view menu
then grab tweakui from microsoft and set the finderexplorer bmp as the toolbar background, and obiously use the y'z toolbar theme provided

its pretty simple, i dont know why you havent been able to figure it out
