windows minimizing in dock?

is there anyway to stop the windows from minimizing into the dock and jst let them minimize into the windows start bar. The only reason i would prefer this is because it goes kind of slow for me. other than that i luv this and hope it keeps gettin better. its also easy to use if you know that most of the settings are in files inside the folder. well i jst need my question answered.

Hee... If you have the new 0.4 Beta build 127 RK Launcher, go to ''settings'' and ''behavior'' and uncheck for Minimize to RK Launcher.. :)
