I do nothin but come up with ideas ( when I learn the language more I plan on doing some ) and I decided to post em.

- Autosave the AveDesk settings after the "Apply" button is pressed.
- Put the icons on the right side of the desktop instead of the left considering that most people who use this program will be makin it look like a Mac.
- Have the ability to set a desklet as an Taskbar Item. So if I wanted to switch the iTunes desklet to change the song instead of opening iTunes or minimizing all the windows.
- When creating a new desklet, place it on the bottom of the list to prevent searching through all of them.
- Remove Drive Desklets from desktop when a drive is un-mounted, while AveDesk is open.
- After you make the first Desklet, ask if you would like to use these settings as the Default Desklet Properties.
- Make the auto snap grid that AveDesk uses adjustable so people can adjust the size ( ie: 60 x 60, 120 x 120 ).
- Allow to set whether or not an individual desktop can be double or single clicked ( for instance you may want the iTunes desklet set on single, but you want the desktop icons to be set on double ).
- Set the option to show a Save Dialog in the Desklet properties so if you want to drag a file to the c:\ drive Desklet then you can specify where you want the file at.
- Be able to save multiple ftp's on one ftp desklet so when you drag a file onto it, it ask you which place you would like to upload to.
- Make time desklet draggable ( unless im doing something wrong ).
- Able to have an icon for folder desklet when the folder is open/closed.
- Able to select if a folder opens up in windows explorer, or in a external explorer program like nExplorer.
- Unique shadow options for each sticky note desklet so you do not have to edit the png.

Personally, I think avedesk is almost perfect, the only ability I'd ask for that isn't included with it is the ability to make "themes" or "packages" and save them. I am pretty sure the remove un-mountable drives is just a bug that will be fixed in the next build. I don't want it to become a resource hog. I run it this program like it's apart of windows and I don't want useless features. It would be ok if these were add on's you are wishing for.

Yeah, but they don't start out there by default.

I think before everyone gets all excited about additions to the base app, we should be busy developing desklets

THEN we can focus on other needs.

but what's that point of all of this if we dont have desklets?
