remenber that Samurize now , saves the covers like this artist- album.png look into that maybe thats the reason your covers are not showing. I'm about to install Samurize 1.55 again after reformating my harddrive. so I'll let you know, if that solves the problem cause I use to have it, as well , ciao.

Well I installed it like I told. You I'm getting only My MP3's to show but no luck with My CD's, that's the reason I've always have a copy of Sam 1.30. handy, that's the last one that gave me fits, with my covers. Sorry I could not help You Bro...
BTW how that Aqua Milk WB coming along.....

Here's another tip:
If you don't want to rename your covers (900+) after installing 1.55, here's what's working for me:
Just keep these 4 files from your - let's say - 1.50 installation:
in Samurize
AdvancedMediaPlayerInfo.dll
AdvancedMediaPlayerInfo.opt
Spectrumvis.dll
in iTunes
iTunesSamurizeinfo.dll
Now you have Samurize 1.55 with the Instance Manager (great thing imo) looking just for the album name and everything in Unbeliever's Dashboard iTune is working :smartass:

i had the same problem... but i did some comparing and this is what i found... just add these lines to your new "AdvancedMediaPlayerInfo.opt" and everything should be ok... everything is fine for me and should be for you too.
# 1: search also for other jpg/png/gif/bmp files
# in the mp3 directory and the directory above

Ok, I'm having the same problem...this is my first time running the widget and I followed everything that sketch said in this post - http://www.aqua-soft...st.php?p=241829 - but I'm having no luck...I also tried to do what intoksicated said and mine was already set to do that...so I'm very puzzled why I can't get this to work....I am using sam 1.60 fresh install, literally just getting back from a fresh reformat of my hard drive...I've used sammy many times before so I'm confused why this isn't working at all....but like I said, I'm new to this widget too so I'm not sure exactly what I'm missing to make this not work

Well, the "read this before posting" thread at Samurize says that you have to have matching Samurize and plugin versions. I have Samurize 1.60 and AMPI 1.55
So I closed out ALL programs, reinstalled Samurize, rebooted, and what do you know......I still have version 1.55 of the AMPI plugin!
Unless I can get a version 1.60 of the AMPI plugin, I think I'm screwed on getting this working =

Yeah, just saw that "update" part in the post NeM made.....so now I"m back to square one....screwed
- this sux, I can't believe how many cool things there are to use out there for widgets and skinning and such, and yet so many of them have stupid little glitches that us less worthy users can't seem to figure out....all the while, the freaking skin/tweak Gods like sketching, Andreas, NeM, and all the others are like, "huh, glitches, what are those"

I know KMDonlon, but man, I've been trying to figure this out on my own and get help from others for the past two days with no luck and everyone I talk to 1. can't help me/us figure it out, and 2. is getting theirs to work no problem.....so it just gets a little frustrating when something that SHOULD be fairly straight forward is nothing but complicated and troublesome. When I get to a point where I literally have no idea what else to do, I tend to get a little frustrated. I'm sorry if I sounded like I was over-reacting, I just want to figure out how to make this work is all =
