Would it be possible to make a samurize time config that instead of getting the time from the system clock, it get's it from the world time server? eg, to get the time in GMT use this link: http://www.worldtime.../?locationid=GB
Then you could make a config showing different time zones around the world...

The Samurize date/time meter can have its time adjusted +/- X minutes - you could always use that to display the time in other time zones...
