Ok, I was afraid about the image copyright - either the monitor or the wallpaper on the monitor. Ah well.

I don't think there's anything to worry about there. But I'm not sure; it is an issue if you take someone's work and call it your own, or if you "rip" someone else's work. But making an icon from an image owned by Apple is in the "tolerate" catagory. After all, we are Aqua-Soft - that's what we're all about.
