foobar v0.8.2 final is out

0.8.2:
- random bugfixes/tweaks
- made masstagger "input values" not ignore empty lines
- made component list sorted
- added "reverse" in sort commands
- fixed inaccurate output length in resampler DSP
- updated monkeyaudio library to 3.99
- average bitrate in multiitem info box
- added "overwrite all" in diskwriter
- added "remove empty directories" in masstagger
- playlist tabs now wrap
