Convert Macintosh Icons To Windows

I have seen too many threads on how to convert them, or someone complaining that somehting is Mac only. I think its about time someone gets a tutorial up, so I started to write one, but I remembered there was one at Xicons.com. So here you all are. For you new guys, just do what it says, it explains it very well. If at that point, you still do not understand, then ask. Actually, post in this thread, I'm sure someone will help you out ^_^ .
