Here is the easiest method (unless you want to zip them yourself) if you already have made a theme with "classic"

1. Get an existing theme jar
2. Replace all the folders with yours
3. Edit contents.rdf with your information
4. Rename jar
5. You are done

If you want to make a theme

1. Get an existing theme jar
2. Replace images with your own
3. Change css if needed
4. Edit contents.rdf wth your info
5. Rename jar
6. You are done

Inside Contents.rdf example: (change "GotMilk" to whatever and change author to whoever)
