ok...I started a new section on my site creatively called, "Song Of The Day." Anyway, I would like to allow visitors to listen to the song but not be able to download it or anything illegal like that. Any way to do this??

Also, because users would not be able to download the song or anything of that sort, would this be illegal in anyway? Does the artist need to give permissions? I know that might seem like a dumb question but I always fuzzy on what is and isn't allowed to be used on a site. Obviously, I would not be passing the song as my own or anything of that sort, plus I will be providing a link to the artists webpage. Just asking...

Its up in arms. Digital media presents a huge blow to the defination of theft. Look at internet radio, they have ahuge debate over it, and took it to court with a weary outcome.

I know that our campuse considers using itunes music sharing illegal.
